October 21-22 2019, Academy of Justice within the Initial training program for newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII) is conducting two training sessions from the Module on “Criminal Procedure Code”, i.e. the sub-module “Evidence in criminal procedure”.
Issues that are being elaborated are: obtaining evidence through covert measures of surveillance and investigation, evidence in the investigation stage, search – provisional sequestration and expertise.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII) 2019-2020.
