Personal and interdisciplinary skills – reasoning of decisions/accusatory acts

On 14 and 15 November 2019, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for newly appointed judges (generation VII), is conducting a training under the module: “Personal and interdisciplinary skills”, submodule: “reasoning of decisions/accusatory acts”.

Issues that will be treated are: “The methodology of drafting penal judgment, general overview for drafting the judgment, and the process and good writing principles (reasoning of judicial decisions in civil field).

Beneficiaries of this training: newly appointed judges (generation VII), 2019-2020.
