Professional ethics

November 19 2019, Academy of Justice within its Continuous Training Program (CTP) with the support of GIZ-Legal and Administrative Reform Project is conducting the mandatory two-days training on Professional Ethics for members of the investigation panel – group 1.

This training is covering the following: Code of Professional Ethics for Judges and Prosecutors – basic principles, Regulation for Professional Misconduct, Definition of professional misconduct, Categorization of misconduct, disciplinary measures. This training was designed with the purpose of covering the aforementioned issues and accompanying them with practical cases and the practice of solving these dilemmas.

Beneficiaries of this two-days training were: judges of the supreme court, appeals court, and basic courts of different regions of Kosovo.
