Roundtable discussion on Mortgage
On 03 October 2008 the Kosovo Judicial Institute organized a roundtable on the Civil Law under the topic of “Mortgage”. The issues that were treated during this round table focused on mortgage pursuant to the applicable legislation and approximation with legal resolutions in the region, selling of real estates left under the mortgage, with special emphasises the novelties envisaged under the new Law on Mortgage and the judicial practice related to the subject matter.
The beneficial of this round table were judges of civil field of all Kosovo regions.
