Kosovo Judicial Institute, on 07 October 2008,held the round table discussion under the topic of “International Legal Assistance”. The subjects that were analysed during the aforementioned training were mainly focused on the issues related to the International Legal Assistance including the procedures to be followed in applying these legal actions. A special attention was paid to the difficulties and dilemmas arising during the judicial practice and the efficient cooperation during these proceedings, including the increase of mutual communication
The beneficiaries of the aforementioned session were judges and prosecutors from all regions of Kosovo.
