On 23 October 2008 the Kosovo Judicial Institution organized a simulation of a trial on civil field in Municipal Court in Vushtrri. This simulation involved a very interesting case from judicial practice related to the enforcement of housing right, which was treated through main hearing and the discussions that followed after the main hearing. The specialty of this simulation was that the simulation was conducted according to the new provisions of the new Law on Contested Procedure promulgated on 06 October 2008.
The beneficial of this simulation were judged of civil filed from Mitrovica region.
