On 06 November 2008 the Kosovo Judicial Institute in cooperation with UNCEF organized a roundtable discussion on Juvenile Justice Code. The subject that were discussed during this roundtable were mainly focused on the procedural issues of the juvenile proceedings, including the qualitative aspects of the juvenile hearing, as well as the general content, chronology order of the recordings and procedural summary practices of application of the diversion measures.
The beneficial of this roundtable were: judges, prosecutors of the Prishtina and Peja region, and probation officers of these regions.
