On 02 December 2008, Kosovo Judicial Institute organised the Round Table Discussion on the Execution of Penal Sanctions. The subjects that were treated during the respective session were mainly focused on the difficulties faced during the execution of penal sanctions in the judicial practice. The aforementioned round table was conducted in the form of interactive discussion, comments, questions and suggestions on how to come the unified enforcement of provisions related to the execution of penal sanctions. The respective training was focused on the analytical overview of the role of Courts and Probation Service in the execution of penal sanctions.
The beneficiaries of the aforementioned training session were: judges, prosecutors and probation officers from all regions of Kosovo.
