On 20 January 2009 the Kosovo Judicial Institute organized a seminar on civil law under the topic “Most important novelties of the Contested Procedure Law”. The subjects that were presented during this seminar were focused on the issues related to the novelties of the Law on Contested Procedure, as the: understanding of a difference between old and new provisions of the LCP and how shall judges approach practical application of the new provisions foreseen by the LCP. A special attention was paid to the difficulties and dilemmas faced by judges during the practical application of the new provisions.
The beneficial of this training were judges who work in civil field from all regions of Kosovo.
