On 11 February 2009 the Kosovo Judicial Institute organized a workshop on civil fiels under the topic “Determination of the Landmarks”. The topics that were discussed during this workshop focused on the issues relating the determination of landmarks, drafting of a ruling on the determination of a landmark and types of rulings on the subject matter. During this workshop were also presented practical cases in order to avoid the problems faced by the judges during their practical work. Of a great interest was also the presentation made by the representative of Cadastral Agency of Kosovo.
Beneficial of this workshop were judges of civil field of all regions of Kosovo.
