On 24 February 2009 the Kosovo Judicial Institute organized a roundtable discussion on criminal law under the topic “General Provisions Related to Evidence”. The subjects that were discussed during this roundtable were focused on the evidence procedure as one of most crucial stages, through which the court learns about relevant judicial facts in the criminal procedure. Special attention was paid to the conditions under which am evidence can be announced admissible and inadmissible in court.
Beneficial of this roundtable were judges and prosecutors of all regions of Kosovo.
