On 6 March 2009 the Kosovo Judicial Institute organized a training under the topic “Witnesses to the Criminal Procedure”. The subjects that were discussed during this training were focused on the issues related to the persons for who is likelihood that may give relevant information about the criminal offence and the importance of the witnesses testimony on the criminal procedure, as well as examination of witnesses. Special attention was paid to the difficulties occurred in the judicial practice when dealing with the criminal cases.
Beneficial of this training were judges and prosecutors of all regions of Kosovo.
