On 19-20 March 2009, Kosovo Judicial Institute in close cooperation with BearingPoint, supported by USAID, organised the two-day training seminar under the topic: “Law on Liquidation and Reorganisation of Legal Persons in Bankruptcy”. The purpose of this seminar was to provide advanced knowledge about the liquidation and reorganisation of legal persons in bankruptcy.
The beneficiaries of the aforementioned event were civil law judges from all regions of Kosovo, judges of the Commercial Court and professional associates.
