On 02 April 2009, the Kosovo Judicial Institute conducted the training seminar under the topic: “Novelties of the New Law on Non-contested Procedure”. The subjects that were elaborated during this training focused on the differences between the old and new provisions of the LNCP and the manner how they are approached by judges during the practical application. A special attention was paid to the difficulties faced by judges in the practical application of new provisions on the non-contested procedure.
The beneficiaries of the aforementioned seminar were: civil law judges from all regions of Kosovo.
