On 07 April 2009, Kosovo Judicial Institute organized the seminar under the topic: “Experts and the Expertise”. The subjects that were treated during the aforementioned seminar were focused on the harmonization of the judicial practice regarding the judicial experts and the expertise. Therefore, except the short theoretical presentations, during this event were also treated different cases from the practice followed by interactive discussion, exchange of experiences and introduction of advanced knowledge on the appointment of judicial experts and use of the respective expertise during the conduct of criminal proceedings.
The beneficiaries of the respective training were: judges, prosecutors and police officers from all regions of Kosovo.
