On 17 September 2009, the Kosovo Judicial Institute conducted the seminar under the topic”Novelties of the Law on Property and Other Real Rights”.
The following were the subjects that were treated during the aforementioned seminar: novelties of the Law on Property and Other Real Rights, difference between the old and new provisions as well as the approach of judges in the application of the new provisions.
The trainers engaged during this session were professors of the Law Faculty and judges with vast experience in the area of the civil law who were part of the drafting process of the respective law.
The beneficiaries of the respective seminar were civil law judges from all regions of Kosovo.
