On 22 September 2009 Kosovo Judicial Institute organized a roundtable discussion on criminal field under the subject: “The appeal against judgment of the first instance court”. The subject that were discussed during roundtable were focused on the issues related to the clarification of the inability for a later modification on the judgment decision based on the lack of appealing grounds as well as the specific elements of the appeal.
