On 25 November 2019, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII), will develop one training session under the module: “Criminal Procedural Code”, submodule: “Witnesses and injured in criminal procedure”.
Issues to be addressed are: Interrogation of witnesses at the main trial, non-appearance of the witness or expert at the main trial, testimony given by the witnesses at the main trial and direct examination, cross-examination and redirect examination of the witness.
Beneficiaries of this training are: Newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII), 2019-2020.
