On 26 November 2019, the Academy of Justice within the Continuous Training Program (CTP), is conducting a training on: “Proper implementation of the EU Law by national judges, particularly in the Republic of Kosovo and its interpretative effect before the accession”.
Topics to be covered are: Implementation of the European law and its effect in national level (direct and indirect effect), the effect of EU law on the constitutional system and the law of the Republic of Kosovo - following the entry into force of the Stabilization and Association Agreement - Association, Implementation of EU law by national courts - experience from countries in the region.
Beneficiaries of this training are: Judges from the Special Chamber of the Supreme Court, Court of Appeals and Judges from the Basic Courts.
