On 02-03 December 2019, the Academy of Justice, within the initial training program for newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII), will be developed two training sessions under the module: “Criminal Procedural Code”, submodule: “Measures to ensure the presence of the defendant in the proceeding”.
Topics to be covered during the training are: House arrest and detention.
Beneficiaries of this training are: newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII), 2019-2020.
