December 9 2019, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII) will conduct one training session from the Module on “Covert measures of investigation and surveillance”.
Topics that are being covered in this session are: covert photographic or video surveillance, and covert conversation tapping, requirements to authorize the measure, duration of the order and covert conversation monitoring.
Beneficiaries of this training are newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII) 2019-2020.
