On 17 December 2019, the Academy of Justice, within the Initial Training Program for newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII), will develop one training session under the module: “The role of the prosecutor in the main trail”.
Topics to be addressed are: The role of the state prosecutor during the main trial, direct interrogation, cross-examination and redirect (Article 332 CPCK).
Beneficiaries of the training are: Newly Appointed Prosecutors (VIII Generation), 2019-2020.
