On 06, 07, 08 and 09 October 2009, the Kosovo Judicial Institute in cooperation with EULEX, conducted a four-day seminar, in the course of which, different topics in the field of the EU Law Acquis Communitaire, were treated.The EULEX judges, prosecutors and legal experts during the conduct of these training sessions, in their delivery attempted to touch upon the most crucial points, such as the Article 6 of the European Convention on Human Rights, EU Contractual Law, ten of EU Priorities, labour rights and social matters. A special attention was paid to the mutual legal assistance in the view of the EU criminal law, human rights legislation, covert measures and wiretapping, institutional aspects of EU criminal law, EU Pillars “Passerelle”, EU Treaties and Juvenile Justice. The beneficiaries of the respective training were judges and prosecutors from all instances of the Kosovo judicial system.
