On 27 January 2020, within the Initial Training Program for newly appointed prosecutors (generation VII), will be developed a training session under the submodule: “Dividing line between criminal offenses and minor offenses”.
Topics to be covered during the training are: minor offense procedure and the ruling on minor offenses, initiation and development of the minor offense procedure, measures to ensure the presence of the defendant in the procedure, and communication, drafting and delivering of the ruling on minor offense.
Beneficiaries of this training are: newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII), 2019-2020.
