On 30-31 January 2020, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training for newly appointed judges (generation VII), is developing two training sessions under the submodule: “Measures to ensure the presence of the defendant in the procedure”.
Topics to be covered during these sessions are: summon, arrest order and the promise of the defendant not to leave the domicile and prohibiting the asking the defendant to approach the nearest police station and bailiff.
Beneficiaries of this training are: newly appointed judges (generation VII), 2019-2020.
