Training of Trainers: “Orientation on the KJI Handbook for trainers and the training methodology”
On February 22-23, 2013, KJI organized a two-day workshop for the training of trainers on the topic “Orientation about KJI Faculty Handbook and training methodologies”.
The purpose of the training was to introduce the Faculty Handbook which KJI has developed for the implementation of various training programs, refreshing of the knowledge of trainers on interactive training techniques, as well as preparation for the implementation of the content of the Working Program of KJI in 2013.
During the training was presented and discussed the KJI Faculty Handbook, focusing on deadlines that should be respected, refreshing and demonstration of interactive training techniques and the engagement of trainers for the trainings in the first half of 2013.
In particular, there were discussions regarding the organization and development of the training plan for 2013, in this context, participants gave comments on the objectives of the training and the implementation of trainings, in which they are engaged in relevant topics for 2013.
The beneficiaries of this training were the first group of KJI trainers.
