CLEP Training: “Means of Evidence according to LCP”

Training: “Means of Evidence according to LCP” On 13 June 2012, KJI organized training on: “Means of Evidences according to LCP”. 

Objectives of this training were that at the end the participants will be able to:

•  Apply their knowledge on means of evidences through which the court aims to finds the truth about the disputable issue;
•  Extend their knowledge about the types of the means of evidences and make the differences;
•  Explain the importance, power and the effect of the means of evidence.
•  Apply properly the legal provision of the Law on Contested Procedure regarding the means of evidences in the judicial practice.

During this training were elaborated the means of evidences provided by the Law on Contested Procedure. In focus of the training were: the examination, documents (written evidence), witnesses, experts and hearing of parties. During the training were presented examples of judicial practices and debates were held on the procedure of means of evidences developed by court. This training managed to avoid many legal dilemmas arising during the implementation of the provisions of the LCP in practice associated with the means of evidences.

The beneficiaries of this training were civil judges from all levels and from all regions of Kosovo.
