On 05 February 2020, within the Initial Training Program for newly appointed judges (generation VII), will develop one training session under the submodule: Procedure according to legal remedies”.
Topics to be treated during the training are: regular legal remedies, the right of the defendant to appeal, limits of reviewing the appeal and court decisions after finalization of the session of the college.
Beneficiaries of this training are: newly appointed judges (generation VII), 2019-2020.
