On 06 February 2020, the Academy of Justice within the Continuous Training Program is conducting a training on: “Judicial procedure n cases of protection from domestic violence”.
Within this activity are being developed the following subjects: Domestic violence and protection order, judicial on decision making according to the request for protection order, types of protection measure and its duration, enforcement and the consequences of not enforcing the protection order.
Beneficiaries of this training are: Judges of Appeal Court and Basic Courts (civil division), professional associates, legal officers, Kosovo Police and victim advocates and Social Center Work.
