February 12th, 2020, Academy of Justice in cooperation with the USAID Commercial Justice Program – implemented by CHECCHI and COMPANY, within its Continuous Training program is conducting training on “Mediation – in Civil, Criminal and Commercial law areas” for the Prishtina region.
This training activity is elaborating on the following: Principles of mediation, initiating mediation procedure, mandatory mediation, procedure and obligations of the judges, conducting mediation procedure, mediation agreement and its effects, rights and obligations of parties in the mediation procedure.
Beneficiaries of this training are judges of the Basic Court – commercial and administrative departments, Prosecutors, professional associates and Mediators from Prishtina region.
