On 13 February 2020, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training for newly appointed judges (generation VII), is developing one training session under the module: “Search and confiscation”.
Topics to be covered during this training are: Steps to seize the proceeds of crime, the means for identification used by the investigator and prosecutors, the means of seizure during the search, and confiscation under extended powers.
Beneficiaries of this training are: newly appointed judges (generation VII), 2019-2020.
