February 13 2020, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for newly appointed judges (generation VII) is conducting a training session from the sub-module on “Measures for ensuring presence of the defendant in the proceeding.
Topics that are being elaborated are: prohibit the defendant to approach a certain place, house arrest, diversion and detention.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed judges (generation VII) 2019-2020.
