On 18 February 2020, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII), will develop one training session under the module: “National and international legal order – EU Law”.
Topics that will be treated during this training are: Judicial review in the European Union, legal liability of EU member states and infringement of the EU Law.
