February 24 and 25 2020, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII) is conducting two training sessions from the module on “Search and confiscation”.
Topics covered in this training are: judgments of the European Court on Human Rights, freezing according to Article 264 of the CPC, freezing according to Article 266, provisional confiscation according to Article 267 of the CPC, and determining the criminally acquired profit.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII), 2019-2020.
