March 9 2020, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII), is conducting a training session from the sub-module on ECHR.
Topics being elaborated are: Article 6.2 and 6.3 of the European Convention on Human Rights, the reasonable time and the necessary facilitations for preparing the defense, case: Lauz vs. Austria, and case: Artico vs. Italy.
Beneficiaries of this trainign are the newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII) 2019-2020.
