April 28 2020, the Initial Training Program is conducting a training session from the sub-module on “Witnesses and injured parties in criminal proceeding”, that was conducted by trainer Mr. Besim Kelmendi – Prosecutor at the Chief State Prosecutor’s Office.
Topics covered in this session were: witnesses, privileged witnesses, witnesses that cannot be examined, witnesses waived of the obligation to testify, and witnesses with special needs.
Today’s training that is being conducted virtually, offered the newly appointed judges the opportunity to discuss and raise questions on the topics that were covered.
Participants in this training were 37 newly appointed judges (generation VII) 2029-2020, seven of whom are of the Serbian community.
