On March 03, 2021, the Academy of Justice, within the Continuous Training Program is conducting training through the Zoom platform on: Enforcement of movable items".
Trainers engaged in this training are: Mr. Qerim Ademaj, judge at the Court of Appeals and Mr. Isa Shala, private bailiff.
The purpose of this training is to advance the knowledge of the participants about the manner of enforcement of the movable items, starting from the competence of the bailiff body, the manner of scheduling the enforcement and the executive actions of the bailiff body throughout the procedure.
The training methodology is of a combined character with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions.
