March 30-31 2021, Academy of Justice within the Continuous Training program is conducting a specialized training on “Fraud and Corruption in Public procurement – Session I”, that is taking place virtually through the Zoom platform.
Trainers for this activity are Mr. Admir Shala, Chief prosecutors in Basic Prosecution of Prizren, and Mr. Agim Sheqiri, Public Procurement Expert.
Purpose of this training is to extend the participants knowledge on public procurement and correct implementation of public procurement provisions pertaining to investigation and adjudication of criminal offences of this type.
The training methodology is combined theoretical lecturing with interactive discussions.
Beneficiaries of this training are: Basic Court Judges, judges of the Special Department, Prosecutors of Basic Prosecution Offices, prosecutors of the Special Prosecution and Police Investigation Officers.
