On May 24, 2013, KJI held a roundtable discussion on the Code of Criminal Procedure.
During the training, judges and prosecutors had the opportunity to get acquainted with the comments and recommendations of the working group committed to identifying the novelties and issues regarding the application of CCPK, in order to apply the provisions of this code properly. Participants in this training welcomed the explanations and comments of the working group, they raised issues for discussion regarding the problems encountered during the practical implementation of the CCPK and received additional information from trainers which were part of the working group.
The beneficiaries of this training were basic court judges and prosecutors of the basic prosecution offices from all regions of Kosovo.
