On April 1st, 2021, in the framework of the initial training program for newly appointed judges of the eighth generation (8), theoretical training is being conducted under the module "Contested procedure-first part" with trainer Mr. Albert Zogaj, Judge of the Supreme Court.
From the module "Contested procedure-first part" are being elaborated: the action of the court in cases when the complaint is not understandable and complete, the consequences of non-completion - correction of the complaint, problems that may arise regarding the communication of documents, problems that may occur in submitting writs in case of change of address.
The training methodology applied is based on practical cases dealing with concrete examples related to sub-topics.
The training is being carried out at the Academy’s premises, under adequate protection measures against the SARS-2 COVID-19 virus. Beneficiaries of the training are 24 newly appointed judges, two of whom are from the Serb community.
