On April 12, 2021, the meeting of the Managing Board of the Academy of Justice was held at the Academy of Justice. The meeting was conducted in a virtual form through the ZOOM platform and was chaired by the Chairman of the Managing Board, Mr. Enver Peci, President of the Supreme Court of Kosovo.
The purpose of this meeting was to review the AJ Work Plan for 2021 and its approval, as well as other activities that are in the process of development within the mandate of the Academy.
Initially, the members of the MB discussed and approved the AJ Work Plan, highlighting the challenges and risks that may be encountered during its implementation in practice for which the Managing Board provided its support in overcoming them.
Among other things, the Managing Board, according to the agenda, approved the resignation of the members of the Program Council of the Academy of Justice, as well as discussed the re-formation of the Committee for Normative Issues, the mandate, composition and working procedure of this Committee.
In this meeting, the Managing Board also discussed other issues that are important for the functioning of the Academy of Justice.
