On June 12, 2013 a workshop on the topic “Acquisition of Property based on construction in foreign soil and statutory limitation”.
During this workshop were addressed issues concerning the existence and legal regulation of the construction right based on positive law, the manner of establishing such a right, content and legal effects of the construction right. Also the acquisition of property in an authentic way was addressed as well as the conditions for the acquisition of property under statutory limitation.
This workshop was realized through short theoretical presentations, interactive discussions and issuing of concrete recommendations on the application of legal provisions related to the topics covered in this case.
Participants in this training were judges of the civil division of the basic courts from all the regions of Kosovo.
