On 2nd July 2013, KJI held a roundtable discussion on topic” Execution of the court decisions”
The aim of this training was to lessen numerous barriers that are faced in practise, especially when these decisions are final, in cases of prison sentence but also the mandatory fines.
During the training the participants analyzed practical issues related to the execution of the principle punishments, accessory punishments and alternative punishment, execution of the decisions on procedural expenses, confiscation of the property proceeds, legal property requests and adjustment of the executable decisions. The training continued with discussion of the cases from practice and exchange of the experiences.
Beneficiaries of this training were the presidents of the courts and judges from all the regions of Kosovo.
