On May 12, 2021, in the framework of the initial training program for newly appointed judges of the eighth generation (8), theoretical training is being conducted under the module "Non-contentious procedure" with trainer Mrs. Drita Rexhaj, judge at the Court of Appeals.
In the first training session on this topic are being addressed: Regulation of personal status, removal and return of capacity to act, regulation of family relations, continuation and termination of parental rights and granting permission for marriage.
The training methodology is applied presentation of practical cases as well as conversation, addressing various examples. The training is being carried out physically at the Academy as well as online through the Zoom platform. Beneficiaries of the training are 24 newly appointed judges, two of whom are from the Serb community.
