On May 12, 2021, in the framework of the initial training program for newly appointed judges of the eighth generation (8), theoretical training is being conducted under the module "Economic Law" with trainer Mr. Mahir Tutuli, Judge at the Court of Appeal.
In the framework of this training session, the following topics are being addressed: Meaning of the loan contract, the form of the loan contract, loan contract clauses, lending banking, special lending and late interest.
The training methodology is being applied through practical cases and through conversation. The training is being carried out physically in the Academy and in real time on the "ZOOM" platform. Beneficiaries of the training are 24 newly appointed judges, two of whom are from the Serb community.
