On May 17, 2021, in the framework of the initial training program for newly appointed judges of the eighth generation (8), theoretical training is being conducted under the module "Economic Law" with trainer Mr. Mahir Tutuli, Judge at the Court of Appeal.
In this session the topics that are being addressed are: Construction contract and its characteristics, legal effects of the construction contract, the duty of notification and loss of rights and the written form of the construction contract - additional works.
The training methodology is being implemented with the interactive method, elaborating practical cases. The training is being carried out physically in the Academy and in real time on the "ZOOM" platform. Beneficiaries of the training are 24 newly appointed judges, two of whom are from the Serb community.
