On May 24, 2021, in the framework of the initial training program for the newly appointed judges of the eighth generation (8), the theoretical training is being conducted under the module "Reasoning of decisions - in the civil field" with trainer Mr. Albert Zogaj, Judge of the Supreme Court.
Within the first training session from this sub-module are being addressed: The writing process, the principles of legal writing, the language used in the written text and the structure and relationships of the sentences as well as the structure and features of the paragraph.
The training methodology is being applied with practical cases and interactive discussions, advancing as such the knowledge of participants on legal writing. The training is being carried out physically at the Academy taking into account all preventive measures against the COVID-19 virus. Beneficiaries of the training are 24 newly appointed judges, two of whom are from the Serb community.
