June 1st 2021, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges – generation 8, is conducting the theoretical training on the Sub-module on Administrative Law with trainer Mr. Delushe Halimi, judge at the Appeals Court.
This training session is covering the following aspects: Enforcement of the administrative act, ways of enforcement administrative decisions and acts that are not enforceable.
Training methodology is applying practical cases and elaborating issues and challenges that appear in practice. The training is taking place physically at the Academy of Justice. Beneficiaries of this training are 24 newly appointed judges, two of them are of the Serbian community.
