„Workshop on the development of the curriculum for judicial professionals of the Eastern Europe on Traffickign on Human beings area”

On May 27 to 29, in Budva, was conducted a workshop on development of the curricula for judicial professionals in the field of human trafficking. The workshop was organized by UNODC and the Judicial Training Center in Montenegro.

The purpose of the workshop was to develop a training curriculum in the field of human trafficking for judicial professionals of Eastern European countries.

Within the workshop, through demonstration of concrete cases were presented different interactive methods for the implementation of the aforementioned trainings, whereas during the workshop were also elaborated a number of principles related to the human trafficking field such as, “Blums Taksonomia', etc.

During the workshop were analyzed cases that can be used in regional training, which should contain specifics of the particular concepts that must be analyzed in each case as' risk assessment ',' investigation', 'interviews', 'techniques',' examination of the crime scene', 'countering the defense strategy 'and' national legislation '.

Based on this curriculum will be organized trainings with the representatives from all regional countries.

Participants in this workshop were representatives of judicial training institutions of the regional countries, and judges and prosecutors of these countries.
