On 27 September 2021, within the Initial Training Program for newly appointed judges, generation eighth (8) a theoretical training is being carried out under the module “Criminal Code: - special part with the trainer MR. Agim Maliqi, judge at the Kosovo Supreme Court.
During this training the topics that are taking place are: Theft, theft of services, aggravated theft, predatory theft, misuse of foreign property and illegal usurpation of immovable property.
The training methodology applied consists of practical cases with interactive discussion. The training is being carried out in a combined way, in person at the Academy of Justice, implementing all measures against the COVID-19 virus and online through the platform 'ZOOM' in real time.
Beneficiaries of the training are 24 newly appointed judges, two of whom are from the Serb community.
